This network includes dozens of Lenders across Canada that specializes in all types of mortgage financing. Fernando, himself, specializes in mortgage and real estate planning.

Emily Zilli was born in Toronto Ontario but has made Victoria her home for several years. With a strong background in banking and investments, Emily excels in her role as Team Manager at Modern Mortgage Group. She plays a key role in overseeing mortgage files, training new brokers, managing payroll and bookkeeping, and handling office operations. As a team lead, Emily’s leadership and organizational skills ensure the smooth functioning of the team and the highest quality of service for clients. Outside of work, Emily enjoys horseback riding and has a passion for travel enjoying exploring new places and cultures.

Born and raised on beautiful Vancouver Island, Chey brings over a decade of customer service experience to her role of Office Administrator at Modern Mortgage Group. She provides vital administrative support, manages document collection, and ensures every client receives attentive and personalized care throughout the mortgage process. Chey is currently working toward obtaining her mortgage broker license to further assist clients in reaching their homeownership goals. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga and painting, and spending time with friends and family.
